When ordering care items and perishables such as insects, we offer two shipping options to meet your needs: Standard Shipping and Express Shipping. Please find the details of each option below:

Standard Shipping

• Delivery Time: 3-4 business days
• Weight-Based Pricing:
  • Under 5 lbs: $9.99
  • 5-10 lbs: $13.99
• Coverage: Available for all mainland U.S. states.
• Note: Standard Shipping does not cover live or frozen rodents, as we currently do not ship these items.

Express Shipping

• Delivery Time: 1-2 business days
• Weight-Based Pricing:
  • Under 5 lbs: $19.99
  • 5-10 lbs: $24.99
• Coverage: Available for all mainland U.S. states.
• Note: Like Standard Shipping, Express Shipping does not cover live or frozen rodents.

Important Information

• Domestic Shipping Only: We ship only to mainland states in the U.S.
• Live and Frozen Rodents: At this time, we do not ship live or frozen rodents. Please plan accordingly when placing your order.
• Bulk Items: Most tempered glass terrariums cannot be shipped.

Within 24 hours after your order is processed, you will receive an email with your tracking number and shipping information. During holidays, there is a chance of potential delays due to a high volume of orders. We are not responsible for any delays due to postal service issues.
